So I sent off an email last week basically saying "Here's $2k but you have to answer a handful of support related questions before I decide to buy from you". No response. $2 fucking K.

Another company I sent an email to Friday. "I'm working on a new project and it fits in with your content nicely. However, I can't seem to log into your affiliate area. Can you help?" Four days later, nothing. Fuck off.

And then there is Dwreck, who is now with Live Cam Cash. He hits me up, and says "How can we do business with each other again?". I say "Do you have a peel ad, because if so I'll gladly put you across my entire network via peel ad". And he says.... "We don't offer a peel ad yet but let me look into it". An hour later I get an email from him with instructions on how to use a peel ad they quickly created just for me. Go figure.

fun isn't it, i run into that a lot. I just hit up blazingbucks though and was surprised by how super helpful they were, went out of there way and i haven't even set a single sale yet. just dropped two other sponsors to promote blazingbucks now instead

Excellent comparison. But does it surprise you? Heck, half the time, mainstream companies don't even return phone calls or emails. Or they say "we'll call you at 2" and you're still hearing crickets at 2:30.

Companies that answer promptly get money. Simple as that.

There is also irony,even if company is totally shady like dee cash,they maybe have much better support then other companies.

Speaking of Industry reps.. has anyone at all heard from Cindy over at PremiumCash lately? I've been trying to reach her on ICQ for about a week now -- still no answer. Maybe she's in Vancouver this week for the Olympics? I saw where my revshare links to some of their sites are infested with that Intellichat crap. That sort of nonsense just infuriates me from a sponsor I trust to put that crap on [my] revshare links by default, and without any notification.
