Have any of you been keeping up with the latest from Crissy the nun? In her latest blog entries she's attacking MP and preaching about how bad porn is for both the models and the fans. Give me a freaking break. If I was Kevin, I'd have a restraining order filed by now. She has a contract and by poisoning the well like she is, she's not only in breach of that contract, but also open to some serious legal action.

She's definitely become the subject of some ranting on my next show.

I don't agree with you at all Bullet. She is trying to convince her members to cancel their memberships and preaching about the sins of enjoying porn. She is most certainly going to have an impact on the site and not a good one.

When you enter into a contract and then go out and do things to injure the party that you entered into the contract with, it's called 'poisoning the well'. Her preaching is focused directly at her fans and those fans are the ones that pay to be part of her website. Now that she's no longer part of the site, they will lose the fans that enjoyed the one-on-one interaction, but if she continues preaching to her 1000 members they too will begin to quit. They will feel sorry for her and guilty for looking at her.

Further, when her preaching begins to show up on Google, people that were considering joining her site won't and many of them will make that decision when they become aware of the fact that she is no longer involved with the site and they will make the assumption that there will be no more updates.

Preaching is not against the law, but when that preaching causes financial damage to the party that you are still technically partners with, that is illegal.

Have you ever been in court or a hearing? On my mainstream job I have been to so many I have lost count.Just to prepare for a hearing will cost around $12,000,to go to court win or lose will set you back another $30,000 in lawyers fees.Assuming that Crissy would lose,which is certainly not a slamdunk because the jurors are still people..what is she going to pay with?
If during discovery it turned out she has 100's of thousands tucked away,that would be another issue.But it sounds like she doesn't.

lol, okay okay. I have a mainstream business as well and I've always protected myself with contracts. I have sued for breach of contract and yes it was a bit of a headache, but I'm also a stickler for principles (even if it costs me money and aggravation).

However, I never said anything about taking her to court. I suggested taking legal action to stop her from attempting to thwart the efforts of the people that run her website. Hardly requires taking her to court.
