Anyone else having trouble updating their CCBILL stats on NiftyStats?

I'm positive I'm entering the correct information because I can log in via a browser with the same login details.

Which version are you using, free or paid?

I had the same issue as well but I haven't bought the new version nor install new free version either.

I sent a link to this thread to them so they could check it out.

Login manually, they are asking for new passwords again.

I haven't noticed a problem. I'm using the paid version. But I don't think that should matter.

I'd suggest you update the software. That fixed most problems I've ever had. If it's still broke, hit the "Report Program" link under the Affiliate Program tab. They respond pretty quickly.

Buncha, since you are using the paid version, may I ask if they have an import/export option for affiliate programs? It would be nice to simply import/export your data rather than adding them one after another.

Yeah I setup a new password a few days ago. It still won't login though.

They have a Backup/Restore option. I don't see any way to bulk import a list of programs. But I haven't tried to do it, so I really don't know. Drop them an email. They might have a way to do it.

If you were using the free version, all your info will be imported into the paid version.

I think you're referring to CCBILL webadmin (so not the affiliate account).
In NIFTYSTATS FREE you cannot get the stats for your CCBILL paysites account(s) only affiliate account(s).
