Anyone else is getting errors at Krawl today? I haven't been able to submit a single gallery, the following error keeps coming up:

Some errors were detected:
The size of the thumbnail you uploaded (11265) is way too big. Please upload a thumbnail between 1,024 - 10,240 bytes.
The thumbnail you uploaded was not a JPEG image. Please upload a JPEG file.

The thumb preview is way smaller than 10kb. I even tried with a 5kb thumb, and with no thumb at all, but the same error is still coming up!

Am I the only one getting this?

you have to upload the thumb in the dir with the name thumb.jpg and it will fix the problem .. thats what I did :)

lol, apparently I'm the only one that likes the thumb.jpg in the directory, but I've always built galleries like that and included the thumb in the directory.

Seems easier than the ph_thumbnail tag...but there does seem to be an error in allowing people to submit the thumb through the form.

I prefer uploading via the form. Now that i have to have thumb.jpg in my directory I had to allow blank referrers in my .htaccess file so Krawl could fetch it.

i name my thumbs the same as the picture i use to make them with.. like this...
picturenamesmall.jpg
is that going to screw up the pichunter script?

No. It basically scans just for 1 filename: thumb.jpg and uses that as the thumb.

Also, the old submission form works as well if you want to upload your thumb. I'm taking a guess enigma will be fixing this little issue where you can do either or on the new form.

funny 'cause when I have to submit my own thumb preview to certain places I usually name it the dimensions they call for like 88tn or 150tn - thumbnail works too, seems easy enough
