I've lost 10 lbs since Feb 1st....eating right and eating the right portions. Tonight I reward myself with a pizza from PizzaHut.com. It'll be arriving in 20 minutes - I fugg'n can't wait :D

I've lost about 32 pounds since November last year... Just from taking my medication (diabetes) and not eating carbs or sugar!!! Its awesome! :)

Well it was very lean meat and it had tomatoes and lettuce on it and the fries I made here at home so it wasn't that unhealthy. Not great but could have been worse. And I laugh at your 20+lbs little man:)

WOW 10 pounds in one month is great. I've been on a diet/workout since November. I lost 15 pounds in the first 2 months. Then started building up muscle. It's been great. I have more energy. I've stopped all the junk food and don't really miss it.

Keep it up i'm sure you'll love the way you feel for doing so :)
