It's a good online shopping site but you have to be a member to get an access. I've been a member for almost six months now and I'm satisfied with the way they transact business. They offer a wide range of high quality items at affordable prices. Members can easily shop from the comfort of their homes via their extensive but user-friendly website. The site also often offers bonuses, discounts, and special close out priced items. It also has an efficient customer service and prompt delivery.

This scam is ran out of the phillipines by Mark Bullock,Daniel J. Sullivan both former owners of edudebtsolutions.com. Rick Crosby is the mastermind behind this outfit (RCA credit another one of his scams) all being overseen by a porn multimedia wizkid Deepak agarwal (rude.com,deecash.com these are his clean sites)

Sweep by FTC nets RCA Credit, other Tampa Bay area business

http://www.bizjournals.com/tampabay/stories/2008/11/03/story4.html

Federal Trade Commission v. RCA Credit Services, LLC, a Florida corporation, Rick Lee Crosby, Jr., individually, and as an officer or manager of Defendant, and Brady Wellington, individually, and as an officer or manager of Defendant.
(United States District Court Middle District of Florida)

http://www.ftc.gov/os/caselist/0823148/index.shtm

The case file cited below relates to a civil -- not a criminal -- investigation. The existence of an investigation does not constitute proof of any violation of law.

Case Number: L06-3-1157

Subject of investigation:
RCA Credit Services, LLC.; Rick Lee Crosby, Jr.; Legalcredit.com, LLC.; Marketingwebtraffic.com, Inc.; Taylor Street Partners, Corp.; Justin Mosely; Rebecca Geiger.

Subject's address:
12360 66th Street, Suite Z Largo, FL 33773

Subject's business:
Credit Repair Business

Allegation or issue being investigated:
Consumers sign up for materials from LEGALCREDIT.COM to teach them how to repair credit. In actuality, LEGALCREDIT.COM then refers consumers to RCA Credit which directs them to apply for an EIN. Consumers then are to use the 9-digit EIN as a Social Security Number when applying for credit. RCA credit reports up to 15 years of fictitious great credit on the EIN to the traditional credit bureaus, enabling the party applying for credit can hide his/her true credit history. Deceptive name RCA Credit which confuses consumers and credit bureaus into believing this is a legitimate credit company, since at one time there was a legitimate RCA Credit. Also, company facilitates "credit piggybacking," whereby they arrange for persons with good credit to list persons with bad credit as "authorized users" on their credit cards, when in fact the consumers with bad credit have no access to the accounts. This scheme inflates the credit scores of the persons with bad credit. It also appears that the subject has, for a fee to consumers, reported fictitious credit lines to credit reporting agencies. Taylor Street is also involved in marketing seasoned trade lines to persons with poor credit, which accomplishes the same purpose.

The problem is with such things it takes money to fight in general and no one is willing to cover the costs to fight the scum so everyone else can benefit. And if you collective collect money for tons of people thats a whole other issue that most are not interested in doing.

Yes this was them, once all the tube stuff started to get big before everyone knew about all the big hosts that were hosing these sites we did accept an ad deal with Alpha Red, only took us a day to realize who they were when we credited their money back to them and removed the ads and told them we would not support what they stood for.

Yet another reason why I love this place and the way you guys run it.

You have SCRUPLES. Something horribly fucking lacking in this biz nowadays and especially on several other boards. It's all about the money and short term thinking for too many people.

Wish more good companies would take a stand like that. That's how I've rolled for nearly 9 years now.

Wow. I was just pointed to this thread. Amazing to see how stories can be drummed up so fast about someone.

Here are some facts:
1. I have never owned any part of Alphared. Nor was I the founder or funder in anyway. I used to resell hosting for James back 4-5 years ago. About 3 years ago when I realized his service was worthless I stopped reselling and using his service myself. Alphared was a hosting company not only used by me, but but many people.

2. RCA Credit - Rick Crosby ; who actually I had to check with my CFO at ContactCenter, as I wasn't even aware of them was a client that had 5 seats through ContactCenter (our BPO) for 3 months and sticked us with an invoice. We never owned or had anything to do with RCA credit nor any other affilition with Rick Crosby.

3. Regarding xsells, all our xsells are above the submit button and fully visible. Of course there are consumer complaints about xsells just like there are about paycom/ccbill. Thats the nature of continuity billing. However, I challenge anyone to prove to me an illegal charge through any one of my sites. We session IDs and proof of every transaction to go through our PCI compliant gateway. We do fall a victim of webmaster fraud at times, we do have measures to prevent it to to the best of our abilities.

Everyone jumps on the band wagon when someone is getting kicked. But does anyone ever dig to see if there is any honesty in the mud slinging? I am hardly involved in adult these days, I have a strong / hard working team that is running the show and I hate the things they have to go through due to some ignorant people drumming up rumors.
