great traffic shitty sales...

Hi.

i just started http://jennaslist.com in 2 weeks its skyrocketed to 70k/day. but im not makeing anything of of it... at most 10$/day plus (or 1-3 gallery sales/week)

just wondering if you have any suggestions as to what i can do to raise my reveneu... at the moment im only makeing enough to pay for the hosting...

got an offer to sell it for 1500bux but i would like to try and make money of it instead...

Ok, I'll be harsh. First of all, you don't have great traffic. No site with a 50% skim has great traffic. What you basically have is a CJ without dialers or an exit console. If you want to make money off of a TGP, you need bookmarkers, SE traffic, and trades with high quality sites. Even though it's not 1998, it is still possible to do this but it takes a lot of work and patience. For text TGPs, the Hun, Thumbzilla, Shemp, and a few others have set the standards. For thumb preview TGPs, Madthumbs, Teeniefiles, and teeniesxxx have set the standards. Visit madthumbs and then take a look again at your site again and the differences between a money making site and a CJ site without any income stream will become obvious.

First off, traffic only counts if its real traffic. If your numbers are based on surfers that get "jerked" into your site in large quantities, then hit the back button on the browser, you wont make much money.

I absolutely hate sites, that hide the destination links from the surfers. You are afraid to show the surfer where he is being sent.

Your question though was how to make more money....
The three big thumbs at the top...i would use 4 thumbs and link them direct to paysite tours. You are sending most of that traffic now to your trades, send it to a place where it can make you some money.

You always want to try and make a few cents off each surfer, so use some of those $1.00 - $1.50 email programs, where the surfers just has to enter his email addy. Thats easy money..

i'll second the free e-mail type sites. run a small little text box down the side or use a money table arrangement in between the listings. are free e-mail type sites "evil" and "the death of porn" as some people say ? who knows. i don't care. i pop a few every week. does it pay for my hosting bill ? no ... i build/submit galleries and crap to pay for that. it's just a little "gravy" to keep me motivated to keep the things up ... ;)

ive noticed that many of the more established webmasters dont like them but do surfers realy mind?

ps. yes if a surfer see's the 50% code in the url im affraid he wont click...

tried them... even tried having a remote console (epicash 0.75$) but they didnt care for it... could be cause they never had time to enter an email before i threw their ass out of my site... ;) now that i think about it its pretty obvious...

basicly math... 50%skim 230%prod +noref traffic = alot of outs = alot ins = alot of outs, and so on and so forth... ;) grew from 35k to 55k in 24 hours... with comus and tm3 it isnt that hard... its all about the quality of your thumbs and if someone wanna clickem...

i use 50% skim and first click via comus to galleries... but it's been duely noted that i need higher skim to galleries to keep the traffic long enough to make money of them...

yes it is to harsh to call it a CJ.... but higher skim to gals: check.

can a preview tgp realy get trades with thumbzilla?

traffic quality?: ok se traffic and some tgps traffic with loads of bookmarkers are higher quality but otherwise if you have a 80% to galleires and trade with a cj site... ppl beeing jerked around by bad trade sites should want to bookmark a higher skim one if they reach it... but obviously i should raise my skim to galleries to be one of the good ones...

Yeah. I would agree if the surfers are to cheap to buy anything use something like WEGCash.

we only have the one thumb TGP http://www.shempland.com
Orgasmics makes those thumbs by hand, from the galleries because that's just the way we like to do it.

however, for a site with many thumbs you will need to automate it.

Comus is good for sure.
Auto Gallery SQL seems to be popular
If you can ever get in touch with MadThumbs Mike, he has a great script, but im not sure he sells it publicly.

Im sure there are others out there too...

i dont have a big experience with other thumb scripts... but.
comus is amazing... the only bad thing is the turbocropper...

you get better quality thumbs from manually cropping... i dont mean by hand like orgasmic. i mean clicking on the nopicture 88*88 image...

its also difficult to get everthing right like preventing thumbs stats from resetting.

ive gotten everything to work now and I LOVE COMUS :) defenetly the only reason i get 350%prod on 57%skim+first click to galleries...
