Anyone know of any link programs that do this? Like a traffic trade program that allows the use of destination page's real url, and not my cgi out link instead?

I want something that's php or cgi run, that can span multiple domains, and will rotate the links. So I can interlink large portions of my sites and put in new links as my sites grow, add new sites et et.
I could us SSI, but eventually it'll have to go across servers and domains, and SSI can't do that, and I fucking HATE java.

I replied in the AI board, but didn't know you were looking for something this complex... this sounds like something alot of webmasters could have use of, but I can't recall seeing anything remotly similiar when surfing for scripts... maybe hire someone to write it for you and sell copies and get rich? :D

lol..would take a lot more then just this to make me rich
I'm thinking of digging through my basic perl guide, or my C+ book and writing one up.
