Tooling down the road happier than a pig in shit and then I started to feel like I was floating out of my body, couldn't breath and started shaking like hell? WTF was that all about? Had to pull over and dump a bottle of water over my head and walk a bit to get a grip.

Serotonin imalance ?

Sanity aside, not a bad idea considering I tend to injur myself on every piece of furniture I own. I suffer from Klutzophrenia.

sounds like you were having a outta body experience. do you have those were your feel like your being pulled trough your feet? sounds like your soul is restless and your not getting enough sleep at night

It's really hard to explain, it just felt like I wasn't really there, like I was watching a movie or something. The feeling didn't last long at all. I probably brought it on by unknowingly hyperventaling? After I had to stop and think about what to do at a Red Light, I IMMEDIATELY pulled off the road. Five minutes later, I was fine. I wonder if stress causes them? And Yes you are correct, I've not been sleeping well at all these days.

the soul likes to wander when the body reaches REM. when you dont get to REM that happens. the weird thing is your body will still function like normal when your soul leaves. sometimes when i meditate my body wakes up before i get back. its a weird feeling looking at yourself looking at nothing but knowing something is there

How the hell you do that? Many forms of Meditation, which do you use? I didn't see myself, it just felt like everything I saw was like sitting at home watching a movie, like I didn't have to worry about red lights or anything cuz I wasn't really there. (Yeah, I KNEW I was there, but I'm trying very hard to explain a feeling that is almost impossible to.). :1eye:

i know exactly what yur trying to explain. no one really understands it unless they've experienced themselves.

i usually relax on a chair with my feet on the ottoman in the bedroom. start off with some deep breaths and slowly counting back from 100. then theres a hot/burning feeling inside mybody as i feel my soul pullingaway and when i seperate theres a pop like sound/feeling. the feeling of travelling in that state is completely unexplainable. just imagine being able to see in every single direction at once just as clear as if you were seeing in tunnel vision.

Uh, I think the experiences you have would scare the daylights out me. My little panic attacks don't compare to that. But nice to have someone to know how it feels to physically feel like "elvis has left the building" for a few second/minutes. I was looking a damn red light and having to think real hard what to do, it was the most insane thing I've ever felt and I was fine after and I'm fine now. I'm going to just start getting some more damn sleep... I think my body was yelling at me about it today. lol

If you're suffering from panic attacks you're probably better talking about it with a professional than discussing it in a public forum.

I have gotten panic attacks before. Very disturbing experience, it is like a spiral into insanity. Problem is the more you worry about them, the more they escalate. It is definietly worth talking to a doctor about.

those aren't dreams dude. you remember some of your out of body experience. i've been more aware about the body-soul connection and disconnection since i was 13. i was hit by a car a clinically was dead for a lil while. i knew everything the doctors was talking about and what my mom was saying and how much she was crying in the waiting room. i even felt my body calling my soul back as they revived me. been working on a book about it and all the other experiences i've had
