LG 5225 does basic calls and text but i need something that i can do a little work on. I'm going to be out and about a lot this year. So let me know what you got and how it works. Also if it works well how would it do with really big hands?

We looked at new phones yesterday since the one we have is about 5 years old now and is taking a shit kicking...

Place we went to wanted a 100$ deposit per phone yet we have our home phone, internet and cable tv through them.. so fuck them.. lol will just stick with Telus most likley.

I've heard a lot of good things about the Blackjack but I think it has super tiny keys too :(

I just bought the LG400 I believe. Big buttons which I prefer as my nails tend to miss buttons. Flip phone, large screen. There is an annoying start up and shut down noise (whooosh) that can't be shut off ... and if you have voice mail it doesn't beep like my last Motorola did to let me know ... and when the battery is low, the phone will not turn on, will just say "low battery" and shut down.

Otherwise, I love it.

I need a new phone. Mine is acting up or possessed or something. We can get free ones right now but we always upgrade a little to get a little better model. Just haven't gone over there yet to do it. Don't need anything fancy.

xclusive Pal, you need to change it, really - cause it's too old for a mobile industry :)

I have the Q also, I really like it other than it has problems charging sometimes. I need to shut the phone off to charge it or it doesn't take a charge. Mayor just got the blackjack and says he really likes it.

Thats really odd, I have the same one (or very close) with a camera I don't know how to use, a recorder and crap and it LITERALLY got ran over by my car and still works. However, I've had my fair share of cell phone issues. I have 5 non working ones in a box in storage (why I kept them is beyond me, but I did)
I would never buy an expensive phone, like someone said " I beat the hell out of them BADLY ".
