So I watched Talladega Nights last night. It was ok. Typical Will Ferril stuff. It did have some funny moments though. However, the special features, the outtakes were pretty good and by the end of them I was laughing pretty good. However, the next few sections of the special features were basically like 5 to 10 minutes of each actor in the same scene but improving different lines. OMG, the shit they would come up with. I was about in tears laughing so hard. And, his two kids, Walker and Texas Ranger. They had so many lines that had me howling. I don't know how they just picked the lines they used for the movie because every take they said something different and just as funny.
If you want to laugh hard, rent the movie. Unfortunately you need to watch the movies so you know who the characters are. But, get to those special features and you won't be disspointed. Totally classic stuff.

yeah the extras were twice as funny as the movie but the movie still had its funny parts. The whole grace scene was hilarious.
Ricky Bobby: Dear Lord baby Jesus, or as our brothers in the south call you, jesuz, we thank you so much for this bountiful harvest of Dominos, KFC, and the always delicious Taco Bell. I just want to take time to say thank you for my family. My two beautiful, beautiful, handsome stricking sons, Walker, and Texas Ranger, or TR as we call him. And of course my red hot smokin' wife Carley, who is a stone cold fox.
Cal Naughton, Jr.: mmm...
Ricky Bobby: Dear tiny infant Jesus...
Carley Bobby: Hey, um... you know sweetie, Jesus did grow up. You don't always have to call him baby. It's a bit odd and off puttin' to pray to a baby.
Ricky Bobby: Well look, I like the Christmas Jesus best, and I'm sayin grace. When you say grace, you can say it to grown up Jesus, or teenage Jesus, or bearded Jesus, or whoever you want.

Dear little baby Jesus, who's sittin' in his crib watchin the Baby Einstein videos, learnin' 'bout shapes and colors. I would like to thank you for bringin' me and my moma together, and also that my kids no longer sound like retarded gang-bangers. :lol1:

just the fact he thought that jesus had to watch einstein videos to learn about shapes and colors :lol1: living in the south, I can truly appreciate the mentality of someone thinking that :corky:
