...and it doesn't have to be that way :)

I'm tired of trying to grow it without trades. I cant do it..it sucks! I cant stand having 150 uniques/day!!!

So, I'm installing ATL3 and take it from there but...

I also feel I could improve some things design/layout wise so I'm asking here for sugestions on that.

I'm looking for a clean look (classic if you will) without too much fluff and to the point, so I'm not sure what I can do to improve on that (maybe a better theme?)
Any ideas apreciated

i think you are scaring all the surfers away with those big blocks of ads on top of the gallery list...nothing wrong with a good traffic trading script either..

Lose the side scroll the page has in a 800x600 window. Lose all the crap above the gallery list. Add a top list and move the galleries up. That's what I would do.

probably should make em text eh?
Didn't come to me as intimidating...I really should put my self in surfers shoes...
or may I can copy your page, call it, lets say...shemp! ...and wait for the traffic :D

thanks for the input :)

Are the colors easy on the eyes? do you find them hard to read or what?

Yep, I agree, those big block of ads don't quite cut it...you need something that will quickly grab the surfer into wanting to stay. Also, if the surfer manages to get past the ads it's all Free Hosted Galleries? I gave a quick look and it seems like that...personally I hate FHG...most convert like shit and they kind of lack personality. Also you're only using 2 different sponsors, so the galleries and content for the page will get kind of tired quick.

As for building traffic...it ain't easy, lol, and I'll let someone else explain it, cause I'm far from an expert at it and there's people here better able to layout the principles.

Its 95% FHG but there are plenty more than 2 sponsors! The thing is, I added some new galleries from 1 sponsor and they ALL got listed...got to figure that out with Thomas from vanilla...

thanks for your input blue :)

Ahh okay, lol, that used to happen with TGProtator, I would add like 1000 fhg and the stupid script would build the page only with those galleries.

I think the colors go with the theme (strip club)...
now you got me thinking twice...damn...I'm so easily manipulated...

Pink lettering on a black background is hard on the eyes.

As for black backgrounds, ugh, well...I spent years using MS-Dos, so my brain feels really comfortable with a black background and white fonts, but Shemp's probably right...how many people have a fondness for the dos prompt besides geeks?

Bigfish posted this a day ago:

Kinda like color swatches / combos that go together. They're actually pretty useful...especially for people like myself who basically wears black all the time so I don't have to think about what color goes with what.

Try promoting webcams on the site. Try adding some interactivity with real models/strippers and actually make the site someones "daily lap dance".

Hi Zanex,

Over the last few months I have been getting double vision. Mom always said looking a porn would make me blind... The good news is that I am now married to twins.

In any case, I find the purple/blue very hard on the eyes with the black background. When I come from another site to yours it takes a minute or so for my eyes to adjust.

According to my stats, most people look at adult sites during working hours. A black website in almost always adult related. Since employers usually do not like you looking at adult web sites at work, people tend to skip over black sites quicker.

IMHO,

Les

When surfers have to squint to read the text they just move on.
