How about info on Opt-in list

Hi, can anyone recommend - something, anything with regards to opt-in email lists???

I wanna try this and I have heard that some are "cheap". In cheap, I hope they meant less expensive.

Seems everyone on the net has something to sell so I am hoping to learn something from experience here.

Mojo Mail http://mojo.skazat.com/ is a great tool for managing small email lists. I used it back in the day when I ran a small newsletter...worked great.
