How to increase traffic/sign ups on your paysite?

I'm looking for your advices, recommendations, experiences, how a sponsor can convince webmaters/affiliates to promote a site or network.

What do you guys need? What kind of tools or promotions are you get crazy to have?

Where you can get affiliates and quality traffic in the most efficient way? (TGP, Review, Blog, Tube etc.)

It's our common interest to discuss and improve business! Let's start the brainstorm.

Just start posting 20+ minute clips to the tubes and you'll get more sales then you can handle.

It's also a good idea to give out member logins to your sites on password forums.

Canning random affiliates who bring sales is good too. Just make up some bullshit like they're
violating some copyright of yours or their chargeback ratio is too high, even though its almost
non-existent.

Just remember, it's adult. No one will do anything about it besides bitch and complain for
a week then it's all good and the bros will back you up!

Actually Rich, you guys have improved your members area tremendously.. You have frequent updates to the sites I promote for you and well my traffic is growing.. I'm doing a few tweeks now and hope to send some more sales you way

My two cents is I like RSS with a good amount of text and images 400 to 600 pixels wide to best fit in standard blog templates. I prefer images and text in the RSS linked to the tour or join page and not more free content, as that seems to convert best for me.
